yrs MM presented in May 2004 with H/O repeated episodes
of abdominal pain.
- First
episode in 1999 & underwent abdominal surgery for
intestinal obstruction.
- Next
episode in 2000 July & underwent laparotomy for intestinal
obstruction.
- Presently
the episodes are occurring more frequently at 3 months
interval but the nature is different and is associated
with moderate fever and flitting arthralgia.
